In February, 2009, Parents in Toto was certified as a nationally recognized non-profit. Partly funded by donations from local agencies, civic groups, and private individuals, as well as, state grants and family memberships, Parents in Toto is actively seeking corporate and business sponsorships to help fund our mission while keeping our services generally free of charge.
A grant from the Pennsylvania's Bureau of Autism Services was awarded to Parents in Toto in the Spring 2008 for $2,800 to partially fund expenses for the facility for four months.
Additional state and federal grants will be pursued, along with conducting fundraisers and accepting in-kind donations. Other income is generated through the sale of books, autism related products and accessories, and the registration of speaker presentations and workshops.
Management, board of directors, and staffing for this grassroots center is provided solely by parent volunteers.

Our vision is to create a comfortable, welcoming environment where parents, diagnosed individuals, families, and friends can gather socially, educationally, and spiritually without judgment or prejudice.
By collaborating with local professionals and agencies under the direction of a parent of a young man on the autism spectrum, the center provides supports and products related to autism spectrum disorders and related conditions generally not available elsewhere in one location.
Our mission is providing a supportive environment for the exchange of ideas, information and hope.
