Great Music for a Great Program:

Sing SOS/Songs of the Spectrum is an autism awareness project that combines the power of music and the appeal of celebrity musicians. An album of original songs about autism features performances by artists like Jackson Browne, Dar Williams, Marshall Crenshaw and other top names. The music is packaged with a small bookshelf's worth of handpicked autism resources, including excerpts from books by leaders in the field. The songs convey what's so hard to convey in words alone: the experience of a family facing this baffling disorder, its unexpected joys as well as heartbreaks.

You can support Parents in Toto Autism Resource Center by buying the album and selecting us on the "Choose a Charity" page.  We will receive 90% of the proceeds from your purchase. Give the gift of understanding while supporting a cause and organization dear to you.  For more information, to preview songs, or to purchase, go to www.singsos.org.

Cranberry's "Loser" Contest Benefits Parents in Toto:

The Zelienople/Harmony Chamber of Commerce teams with THE CHAMBER of Commerce, Inc., the merged northern Allegheny and Cranberry corriders chambers to provide a fun "win/win" event.

General Rental Center's Mike Hall and Costco Wholesale's Jason Madden have challenged each other to a weight-loss contest for health and charity.  Hall is sweating out his workouts for Parents in Toto Autism Resource Center and The Miracle League while Madden is pressing ahead for The Children's Miracle Network.  When Jason and Mike lose, these charities and our communities win by providing valuable services to thousands of families in our area.

Much appreciation to Snap Fitness in Zelienople and Play 2 Wear in Cranberry Twp. for providing complimentary memberships and t-shirts to kick-off the event.

If you are a business interested in making a contribution or an individual willing to pledge at least a dollar per pound, contact Chamber Director of Marketing and PR Kathy Oliver at THE CHAMBER's Wexford office, 412.926.8528.  All donations are tax-deductible and benefit these worthy causes.
